Barbara Dornseif

Owner and Principle Accountant; musician; hockey player; recovering Risk Analyst. She loves numbers, puzzles, and a good historical novel – so finding the true story in your books or taxes is her happy place.

Mr Moseley

Sr. Product Supervisor AKA – “Moose” or “Momo the Bobo”. Very, very pretty, but not very smart. Always looking over Barb’s shoulder, Moseley is usually near-by during Zoom meetings to make sure all clients have something to smile about while discussing numbers.

Dr. Carla

Chief Operating Officer and time keeper. Formerly head of marketing, she successfully connected us with enough clients to keep Barb busy. Her current duties now focus on making sure Barb is organized with an up to date schedule and prioritized task list.

Handsome Bob

Chairman of the Board – Emeritus. With his sweet soul and knowing eyes, Bob was our spreader of joy, provider of unconditional love, and motivator to be our best selves.

Bessie-cans

Our “can do” girl and perpetual kitten, our Bess is the Madam Secretary who always finds the answer (or cat toy) and energy to solve the problem of the day. She inspires us to do the same.

Miss Baxter

With her super-sniffer and judgmental disposition, Miss Baxter is the purr-fect Quality Assurance Supervisor.

Claudia Jean

Chief in-house Consul – Emeritus. C.J. aka C-jus P We-jus is the calming influence of the Village. For West Wings fans she models her namesake with steady gaze and composure when all around her is chaos – read the last week of tax season.

Olivia from Bolivia

Following in her name-sake’s (Olivia Pope) foot-steps, our Olivia reminds us that no problem is unsolvable and trust must be earned everyday.
